This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach efforts (including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messages) to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and target businesses that would benefit from SEO and digital marketing solutions.
• Engage with key decision-makers such as CMOs, Founders, and Marketing Managers.
• Qualify potential clients based on their budget, requirements, and willingness to invest in SEO.
• Schedule high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Tailor messaging using insights related to website performance, rankings, and traffic deficiencies.
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Consistently achieve KPIs for booked meetings and generated pipeline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling SEO or digital marketing services (MANDATORY).
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles (keywords, rankings, backlinks, basic technical SEO).
• Experience in articulating and selling the value propositions of SEO to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
