This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will pinpoint the ideal target customers within the DACH enterprise market and proactively connect with them through both inbound and predominantly outbound channels (approximately 30/70).
• You will autonomously research accounts, develop them strategically, and establish a robust, sustainable pipeline.
• You will conduct organized initial discussions (discovery/qualification calls), swiftly identify genuine pain points, and set the stage for intricate sales cycles (6–12 months).
• You will cultivate focused relationships with decision-makers and pertinent stakeholders, building a strong network within customer organizations.
• You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, transfer qualified opportunities (SQLs), and jointly outline the subsequent steps in the sales process.
• You will integrate structured multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) with thoughtful, personalized messaging — avoiding generic scripts in favor of delivering genuine value.
• You will monitor your success through clear KPIs (outreach, meetings with decision-makers, conversion rates) and consistently enhance your performance.
• You will actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, directly contributing your insights to messaging and campaigns.
• You will maintain your pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot) in a clean, up-to-date, and meaningful manner.
• You will provide active support for account expansion and maintain close communication with customers throughout ongoing deals.
• You have completed commercial vocational training, possess a degree (e.g., Business Administration/Business Information Systems), or have equivalent experience.
• You have experience in the B2B SaaS environment as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales and have a solid understanding of effective outbound strategies.
• Ideally, you have experience in industry, supply chain, procurement, or with complex/technical software.
• You quickly comprehend complex subjects and can articulate them effectively.
• You proactively engage with people, enjoy cold outreach, and remain persistent even when faced with resistance.
• You work methodically, manage your time effectively, and drive your activities based on data and metrics.
• You establish trust rapidly — from operational contacts to decision-makers.
• You are receptive to feedback, eager to improve, and comfortable being evaluated transparently against KPIs.
• You are hands-on, take ownership of your tasks, and simultaneously excel as a true team player.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively — in both German and English.
• Attractive compensation package featuring various components such as a company pension plan and a budget for professional development.
• Discounts through Corporate Benefits — including options for a business bike, company fitness, BahnCard, and numerous partner discounts.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options — including the possibility for workations.
• A growing company characterized by drive and openness, offering you genuine opportunities to influence and take on responsibilities.
• An open company culture with flat hierarchies — facilitating short decision-making paths, direct communication, and a casual atmosphere.
• Strong team cohesion fostered through regular team events, offsites, and shared activities outside the office.
• A modern working environment with excellent transport links, high-quality equipment, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
