This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with customers who have signed up, arrange meetings, and assist them in getting started.
• Reach out to trial users and coordinate onboarding sessions.
• Contact customers with payment issues and facilitate reconnection with our team.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to new prospects to generate fresh business opportunities.
• Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to connect with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine our approach and messaging.
• Continuously seek innovative methods to discover and engage new leads.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), cold calling, or lead generation.
• Comfortable making 200–250 calls daily.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - articulate speaker, attentive listener, and confident communicator.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.
• Quick thinker, adept researcher, and skilled at identifying the right prospects.
• Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent in pursuit of goals.
• Self-driven and consistently striving to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in AI or SaaS startups is advantageous.
