This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Call customers who have registered for our product - Central to schedule them on the calendar.
• Reach out to trial sign-ups to arrange onboarding sessions.
• Contact customers with unsuccessful payments to reschedule discussions with our Sales specialists.
• Oversee various customer situations to ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct effective outbound cold calls to potential prospects.
• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and key decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns which include:
• Cold calling
• LinkedIn prospecting
• Email marketing
• SMS outreach
• Consistently achieve or surpass outreach and meeting targets.
• Maintain precise records of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance messaging and conversion rates.
• Continuously explore innovative prospecting techniques.
• 3-5+ years of experience in cold calling, Sales Development Representative (SDR), lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 200–250+ outbound calls each day.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting purposes.
• Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM platforms.
• Highly resilient and able to handle rejection effectively.
• Strong research abilities to identify suitable prospects.
