This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead research and outreach initiatives: Identify and qualify new target accounts through both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Initiate first contact: Engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Assess needs: Conduct brief analyses to understand client requirements and highlight potential use cases for Wholix.
• Build pipeline: Prepare and document qualified meetings for the sales team to follow up on.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Some experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
• A passion for persuading others and proactively initiating conversations.
• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A structured and independent working style, coupled with a strong motivation to make an impact.
• An interest in software, startups, and the dynamics of an international work environment.
