This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of pipeline generation within designated accounts, territories, or industry sectors.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline creation and meetings.
• Implement multi-channel prospecting strategies utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
• Create account-based outreach strategies and engage various stakeholders within targeted organizations.
• Conduct high-quality discovery discussions to grasp business priorities, game development challenges, purchasing processes, and timelines.
• Skillfully manage objections and nurture prospects through the early stages of their buying journey.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to carry out coordinated account plans and campaigns.
• Uphold excellent CRM practices, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and data integrity.
• Evaluate outreach performance and continually refine messaging, sequencing, and conversion rates.
• Provide customer feedback, competitive insights, and market intelligence to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• 2-4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales representative in the B2B technology or services sector.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline generation or meeting quotas.
• Experience in selling complex B2B solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, and handling objections.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (such as Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
• Experience in selling professional services, software development, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Experience engaging with gaming studios, publishers, or digital entertainment companies is preferred.
