This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, research, and engage potential customers: Founders and senior stakeholders at expanding businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video.
• Qualify leads and pass them to Equity Consultants in a manner that ensures every conversation is set up for success.
• Reconnect with lapsed and inactive leads through relevant and timely outreach.
• Assist in upgrade and expansion opportunities within the current customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot, as your data discipline enhances the entire team's effectiveness.
• Provide insights and market signals back to marketing and sales, ensuring that strategy remains grounded in real conversations.
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar role within a B2B environment.
• Strong communicator across various channels, particularly in written outreach that effectively garners attention.
• Naturally curious, conducting business research prior to making contact, rather than afterward.
• High emotional intelligence, capable of establishing credibility with founders and senior stakeholders from the initial conversation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated product is a plus.
• Background in startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shares, share schemes, or equity is desirable.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a plus.
• This position is remote-first, though attendance is required twice a year at our in-person gatherings.
