This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct over 400 outbound calls to potential clients each week
• Initiate outreach emails and perform follow-ups
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Sales Executives
• Handle inbound leads and assess their interest
• Serve as a valuable resource and product authority
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams on strategy
• Achieve and surpass performance targets
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Development or cold-calling position
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade
• Comfortable making cold calls and managing objections
• Highly self-motivated and attentive to detail
• Strong skills in time management and multitasking
• Proficient with technology and eager to learn
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus
