This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Your main duty is to generate qualified discovery calls for our sales team.
• You will connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-up outreach.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Respond to positive replies received via email and LinkedIn messages.
• Follow up with prospects using multiple touchpoints.
• Assess leads according to company requirements and hiring objectives.
• Arrange discovery calls for the sales team.
• Keep accurate records in Zoho CRM.
• Update lead statuses and follow-up tasks as necessary.
• Re-engage with older leads and cultivate opportunities.
• Ensure all prospects receive prompt follow-up.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, or sales support.
• Comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.
• Familiarity with using a CRM (experience with Zoho is preferred).
• Capacity to work independently and achieve activity targets.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
