This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to cultivate qualified leads and arrange meetings with targeted prospects.
• Implement multi-channel outbound strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn to enhance prospect engagement.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads according to established criteria and alignment with the organization.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team with accuracy and diligence.
• Oversee and monitor leads throughout the entire qualification process from initial contact to handoff.
• Maintain Salesforce or HubSpot CRM with precise prospect information and interaction history.
• Deliver regular updates on lead generation efforts, pipeline development, and conversion metrics to team leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or SDR positions.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound lead generation with quantifiable outcomes.
• Practical experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Skilled in using sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms.
• Excellent command of English with a neutral or light accent — client-facing communication is essential in this role.
• Final compensation is determined after assessing experience and location.
