This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various outbound prospecting methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to create new business opportunities in the nearshore staff augmentation sector.
• Evaluate inbound leads and guide them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Account Executives to create and implement focused outreach strategies.
• Utilize your expertise in nearshore staff augmentation to effectively communicate Perform’s value proposition to key decision-makers (e.g., IT managers, HR leaders, and C-suite executives).
• Keep precise and current records of all activities and prospect interactions within our CRM system.
• Perform market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the nearshore staffing industry.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
• Represent Perform with professionalism in all client-facing interactions, fostering trust and credibility.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar position, particularly in B2B sales.
• Proven experience in nearshore staff augmentation or IT/services outsourcing sales (mandatory).
• Strong grasp of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively engage prospects.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and adept at overcoming objections to secure meetings.
