This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products and services while assessing their interest.
• Generate and identify new leads using various methods, such as outbound emails, social media engagement, and cold calling.
• Evaluate the needs, decision-making power, and purchasing potential of prospects, ensuring only high-quality leads are forwarded to the sales team.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients by consistently following up on prior discussions to keep them engaged.
• Keep comprehensive records of interactions and activities within the CRM system, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target market strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential new markets, verticals, or opportunities for sales outreach.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for calls, qualified leads, and appointments scheduled for the sales team.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful discussions and effectively manage objections.
• Knowledge of cold calling techniques, consultative selling, and the skills necessary to qualify leads successfully.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is advantageous.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle high volumes of calls and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to think critically and identify solutions that will advance leads through the sales pipeline.

• A minimum broadband speed of 40 MB is required, along with your own PC/Laptop and headset.
