This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of products and services while assessing their interest.
• Identify and generate new leads through various methods, including outbound emails, social media outreach, and cold calling.
• Evaluate potential clients' needs, decision-making authority, and purchasing potential, ensuring that only high-quality leads are forwarded to the sales team.
• Develop and sustain relationships with potential clients by regularly following up on prior discussions to keep prospects engaged.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and activities within the CRM system, ensuring the information is current and accurate.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize on target market strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
• Perform market research to uncover potential new markets, verticals, or sales outreach opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set for the sales team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage prospects in significant conversations and manage objections.
• Familiarity with cold calling techniques, consultative selling, and the skill to effectively qualify leads.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is advantageous.
• A results-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a proactive approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to think critically and identify solutions that will advance leads in the sales pipeline.
