This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist prospects throughout their journey.
• Engage in 30–50 introductory conversations with warm leads.
• Qualify leads and arrange 15–20 consultation appointments weekly.
• Actively listen and ask pertinent questions.
• Transition to the closer when appropriate.
• Some background in telephone customer contact, sales, or a consultative position.
• A genuine interest in understanding people and their needs.
• Capability to work in a structured and dependable manner.
• Proficient in German.
• Ideally possess some experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Educational background in commercial training, a degree, or experience as a career changer.
• Comprehensive professional onboarding.
