This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead outbound prospecting and initiate lead generation through email, LinkedIn, in-person events, and other channels to build a fresh sales pipeline.
• Oversee outreach tools and automation processes to consistently enhance the quality of sequences and lead lists.
• Implement event-driven prospecting, encompassing outreach prior to events and follow-ups after they conclude.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity, managing lead tracking, status updates, and reporting.
• Improve our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and sales materials (such as guides and objection responses) based on insights gathered from customer discovery and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively across departments to share insights on prospects and aid in the feedback process for product and marketing.
• Partner with sales and company executives to identify and direct strategic leads.
• Evaluate channel performance and conduct rapid experiments and A/B testing to enhance ROI from various outreach strategies and parameters (including messaging, wording, timing, etc.).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the fintech or crypto sectors.
• A high-energy approach with a proven ability to build pipelines from the ground up while maintaining consistent outreach.
• Proficient in disciplined and effective outreach utilizing diverse methods; adept at objection handling and consistently securing qualified meetings.
• Committed to CRM accuracy, ensuring our sales database is always current, and proficient in utilizing modern sales tools for repeatable workflows.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, adapting to evolving product narratives, and performing well under pressure.
• Maintains a growth mentality and high motivation, even when facing continuous rejection.
• Capable of translating prospect feedback into actionable enhancements for products and messaging.
• An effective internal communicator who thrives in collaborative and event-driven settings.
• Highly driven and results-focused, with a strong ambition to exceed targets and a desire for recognition based on performance and impact.
• Experience managing cloud-based CRM and prospecting tools for sequencing, enrichment, automated list-building, and outreach management.
