This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry, such as hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Outreach: Engage in outreach through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to start conversations with prospective clients.
• Qualification: Assess leads through effective questioning to comprehend their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to arrange meetings and transfer qualified leads for further engagement.
• CRM Management: Keep precise records of all interactions and update the CRM system with lead details, status, and follow-up actions.
• Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Medsender’s product features to effectively convey value propositions.
• Reporting: Deliver regular feedback and reports regarding outreach efforts, lead quality, and conversion metrics to the sales leadership team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales development, or a related position, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong research abilities to thoroughly understand the AI market, target industries, and potential customers’ requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships and engage with prospective clients.
• Resilience and determination to handle rejection and persistently pursue lead generation.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a commitment to making a positive impact in the field.
