This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on target employers and pinpoint the appropriate decision-makers within the ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Develop and implement multi-touch outreach sequences, continually testing messaging to enhance response and conversion rates.
• Create a qualified pipeline by prospecting into target accounts through cold calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn outreach. This position includes a daily minimum for cold calls.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, content, and events.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless transitions with comprehensive context.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly targets for completed qualified meetings.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot. Log activities in real time and ensure accuracy in contact and company records.
• Stay informed on the landscape of employee benefits and financial wellbeing.
• Integrate AI tools into your everyday tasks.
• Over 1 year of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Experience selling to HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards buyers in HR tech or digital health is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed outbound activity and qualified meeting benchmarks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting personalized and persuasive outreach.
• Comfortable and confident with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
• Strong research and organizational abilities, with the discipline to manage a high volume of activities.
• Coachable, resilient, and self-driven. You embrace feedback and act swiftly without overlooking details.
