This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Assist in the initial sales initiatives by generating outbound leads and coordinating meetings for the sales team.
• Aim to enhance the number of qualified discussions without necessitating involvement from leadership.
• Develop and cultivate outbound leads.
• Assess customer requirements, suitability, and readiness.
• Engage in outreach through email, LinkedIn, and various other platforms.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team and monitor the conversion rate from lead to meeting.
• Keep CRM data organized and up-to-date while ensuring consistent follow-up processes.
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or Sales Development Representative (SDR) position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings.
• Capability to consistently manage a high volume of outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• B2B experience in selling marketing or digital services (Nice-to-Haves).
