This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of conversations and actively engage with prospects located in the US.
• Assist in creating new business opportunities through strategic, high-quality outbound initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and enhance targeting strategies.
• Contribute significantly to the growth of Kubikware’s footprint in the US market.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), sales development, or outbound business development positions.
• Background in prospecting for B2B technology services, software development companies, staffing, consulting, or nearshore/offshore businesses.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• At ease with making cold calls and engaging with US-based prospects on a daily basis.
• Proven experience executing outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, or comparable sales engagement/CRM platforms.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Capability to identify qualified opportunities and lead initial discovery conversations.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
