This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Assume complete responsibility for warm leads generated through our outbound systems.
• Implement targeted follow-ups via customized emails and phone calls to transform interest into scheduled meetings.
• Develop and oversee high-touch sequences.
• Tasked with keeping leads engaged and ensuring consistent follow-up until a discovery call is arranged.
• Utilize Clay, Apollo, and AI tools to research potential clients and tailor messaging at scale based on intent signals (such as funding, hiring, and technology stack).
• Keep detailed records in our CRM and within our clients' systems.
• 1+ Year of Experience: Prior experience in an SDR or BDR role, particularly in B2B sales or agency settings.
• Outreach Specialist: Proficient in managing follow-up cadences and addressing objections over the phone.
• Native-Level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for high-stakes professional discussions.
• Process-Driven: Highly organized, capable of managing follow-ups for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with (or a strong willingness to learn) modern sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
• Flexibility in work arrangements.
