This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities through tailored outreach efforts.
• Perform comprehensive research to create customized outreach messages.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments to enhance collaboration.
• Keep CRM records updated in HubSpot.
• Monitor outreach KPIs and provide reports on performance metrics.
• Continuously experiment with and refine outreach messaging.
• At least 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR position (2 years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads from the ground up (cold outreach).
• Proficient copywriting skills at a medium-to-high level for sales outreach.
• Capability to conduct independent research and tailor outreach messages.
• C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in English (native speaker not required).
• Strong preference for familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is a significant advantage.
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3–6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours per month).
• A stable internet connection and a laptop or PC are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Must be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism, and willing to improve.
