This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• The main purpose of our Sales Development Representative role is to consistently generate high-quality discovery meetings through targeted outbound prospecting, personalized communication, and effective engagement.
• Conducting thorough research on potential clients, including their brand identity, positioning, marketing efforts, and potential service compatibility.
• Identifying and compiling targeted prospect lists utilizing Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various prospecting tools.
• Crafting highly personalized outbound messages through LinkedIn and email (adopting a non-mass-template automation approach).
• Composing medium-to-high-level sales copy that emphasizes personalization, clarity, and conversion.
• Initiating and overseeing outbound conversations with prospective clients.
• Qualifying prospects based on established criteria prior to scheduling discovery meetings.
• Arranging and coordinating discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
• Leading initial discovery discussions when necessary (training will be provided).
• Maintaining and updating CRM records in HubSpot to ensure precise tracking of outreach and pipeline activities.
• Managing sequences and outreach flows within HubSpot while adhering to a strong personalization-first approach.
• Continuously experimenting with and refining outreach messaging to enhance reply and booking rates.
• Monitoring outreach KPIs and reporting on performance metrics.
• Investigating industry trends and remaining informed about developments in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure coherence in messaging and targeting.
• Participating in sales meetings and performance evaluations.
• Contributing ideas to enhance outbound systems, messaging frameworks, and prospecting strategies.
• At least 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR position (2 years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads from the ground up (cold outreach).
• Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills tailored for sales outreach.
• Capability to conduct independent research and tailor outreach messaging accordingly.
• C1 level (or equivalent) English proficiency (native not required).
• Strong preference for familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is a significant advantage.
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• Must possess a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
