Sales Development Representative – SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial qualification calls to assess suitability, timing, and intent before proceeding further.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness by quickly researching accounts to identify potential entry points and initiate relevant, personalized conversations.

• Lead introductory calls to efficiently qualify prospects and smoothly transition them to the sales team for closure.

• Maintain persistent follow-ups through multi-touch sequences to ensure prospects are engaged until a definitive yes or no is obtained.

• Ensure our CRM is precise and well-organized, keeping every opportunity and subsequent steps transparent.

• Provide feedback on what resonates and what does not with our sales and marketing teams to continuously refine the outbound strategy together.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, or a strong entry-level sales position with a drive for rapid growth.

• Familiarity with the core principles of product design and development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email.

• Humble and open to coaching: you embrace feedback and take action on it.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work environment.

• Bonus Points If You Have Experience executing structured outbound strategies against a defined ideal client profile.

• Practical experience in lead research using sales tools (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).

• Understanding of software development, UX, or product strategy processes.
