This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach across various channels.
• Follow up on incoming leads and assist them during the initial phases of the sales funnel.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to foster long-term engagement and conversion.
• Organize and facilitate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Keep precise and current records in the CRM, documenting all interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist with sales closing efforts as necessary by helping with prospect qualification and communication.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
• Demonstrated success in supporting or closing sales and driving conversions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to recognize and address challenges faced by small businesses.
• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.
• Experience with GoHighLevel and in a marketing or agency setting is advantageous.
