This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Execute outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and messaging directed at B2B prospects.
• Identify and assess potential clients within designated target markets.
• Conduct introductory consultative discovery calls to gain insights into client needs and requirements.
• Present tailored product offerings and value propositions suited for business clients.
• Arrange and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and foster relationships with prospects.
• Monitor outreach activities and maintain lead information (no specific CRM necessary).
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, or B2B Sales Representative.
• Background in B2B outreach and lead generation.
• Capability to engage in consultative conversations and recognize client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and focused on achieving results.
• Comfortable operating within the AU timezone.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in food distribution, FMCG, or related sectors is advantageous.
