• Research and compile a list of potential prospects who may be interested in the products or services offered by Bold, utilizing provided databases and other sources of potential B2B clients (businesses).
• Meet the target of making over 60 calls daily.
• Initiate first contact with prospects through telemarketing channels such as calls and emails, identifying key decision-makers for the acquisition of our portfolio.
• Assess whether prospects are suitable for transfer to the sales team, using clear lead qualification criteria.
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and collaborate closely to ensure a smooth transition.
• Follow up on leads to ensure their effective closure by our external sales force.
• High school graduate, technician, or technologist.
• One year of experience in sales via telephone and digital channels, with lead generation in the B2B market.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service through non-face-to-face channels.
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools, with excellent spelling and a focus on the quality of service provided.
• Indefinite term contract.
• Full-time remote work from Monday to Friday, with availability to work up to two Saturdays a month with compensatory time off during the week.

• Basic salary of 1,750,905 + commissions starting from 800,000 with no cap based on the fulfillment of assigned KPIs.
