This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct targeted, research-driven outbound prospecting to large banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Promptly engage with inbound leads generated from industry events, conferences, and demand generation campaigns.

• Identify and map out various stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including collections leadership, operations, and technology decision-makers.

• Assess prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and hand over opportunities to senior sales representatives with complete context and organized CRM data.

• Master the Acclaim value proposition and communicate it effectively to sophisticated buyers without relying on scripts.

• Leverage sequencing and sales tools to enhance outreach and maintain organization, while prioritizing personal voice and research.

• Accurately track activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.

• Represent Acclaim at industry events and conferences as needed.

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine messaging, optimize target lists, and enhance conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in inside sales, preferably with some exposure to enterprise or financial services accounts.

• Comfortable prospecting within complex organizations that have multiple decision-makers; skilled at navigating these accounts without jeopardizing relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with a VP at a bank independently.

• A genuine curiosity about AI and insights into how large institutions approach automation and operational efficiency.

• Highly organized and accountable; aware of your metrics and responsible for your outcomes.

• Familiarity with outbound sales tools (such as sequencers, CRM systems, and dialers); you utilize them to enhance speed and efficiency, not to avoid effort.

• Possess the poise and professionalism necessary to engage with enterprise buyers while retaining the drive that characterizes an outstanding SDR.

• Preferred: experience selling to banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors.
