This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Implement advanced, multi-channel outreach strategies aimed at re-engaging warm leads.
• Perform thorough qualification of re-engaged prospects.
• Identify and spearhead initiatives to enhance the warm lead nurturing process.
• Act as a strategic partner to Account Executives by assisting with follow-up on crucial re-engaged deals.
• Evaluate campaign performance and outreach data to uncover trends in lead re-engagement.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
• Required experience in the B2B or SaaS sector.
• Outstanding and persuasive communication skills in English (C1, C2, or Native level required).
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
• A highly driven, goal-oriented, and resilient attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
