This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new customers and lead qualification.
• You will sell a premium consulting product that genuinely assists companies in raising capital or selling their business.
• You identify new leads, generate interest, and schedule qualified initial meetings.
• You conduct structured analysis and pre-qualification discussions.
• You will reach out to warm leads via messages and phone calls from our CRM and guide them through our funnel.
• You communicate professionally and confidently with managing directors, founders, and C-level executives.
• You systematically build business contacts on LinkedIn and maintain these relationships.
• You support outreach campaigns that are specifically tailored to our target companies.
• Completed education, degree, or a motivated career changer with genuine commitment to performance.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (SDR, Pre-Sales, Account Management, or similar).
• Excellent command of the German language, quick comprehension, high discipline, and a structured approach to work.
• Communication in English is required in addition to the German language.
• A high degree of personal responsibility, process reliability, and dependability.
