This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and assess leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Develop and sustain a robust and consistent sales pipeline.
• Monitor all activities and manage leads within CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Customize outreach efforts to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
• Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing positions.
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales capacity is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and managing objections.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and driven by targets.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital services is advantageous.
