This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and assess potential clients within targeted markets and industries.
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
• Research prospects and customize messaging to meet their business needs.
• Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly KPIs.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS Sales.
• Established history in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiar with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Highly self-motivated with a focus on results.
• Capable of working remotely and managing time efficiently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
