This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead outbound prospecting initiatives to discover and qualify opportunities within the Australian SaaS and Finance industries.
• Oversee the complete client engagement process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial outreach to qualified lead.
• Maintain a high level of activity utilizing Salesloft and Salesforce to monitor performance and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Deliver outstanding client management services, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.
• Juggle multiple campaigns while upholding a strong commitment to delivery and organizational excellence.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to enhance messaging and strategies based on feedback from the local market.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to the Australian market (direct familiarity with AUS business culture and hours is crucial).
• Prior experience in sales environments related to SaaS or Finance.
• Willingness to participate in a mandatory 2-week training period operating on UK time zones.
• Expertise in modern sales technology stacks, particularly Salesloft and Salesforce.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven history of achieving or surpassing KPIs.
• Strong persuasion skills and the capability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Previous experience in dedicated Sales Development (SDR/BDR) roles.
• Experience in customer service or account management positions.
• Ability to work remotely across various global time zones.
