This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and assess potential leads within target markets and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Manage and monitor leads utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Customize outreach messaging to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets for meetings and pipeline development.
• Keep precise records of all activities and interactions within the CRM.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a comparable outbound sales position.
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales and lead generation.
• Strong background in cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Exceptional communication and objection-handling abilities.
• Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Experience engaging with international clients, particularly in the US and UK markets.
• Solid understanding of SaaS sales funnels and buyer journeys.
