This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Multifamily Rentals sector through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Facilitate revenue growth by scheduling acquisition appointments for Sales Executives.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails, making over 100 dials each day.
• Implement consistent outbound outreach strategies to connect with new prospects and cultivate qualified interest.
• Adhere to the MEDDPICC sales framework and incorporate Challenger principles during customer engagements.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in appointment setting and/or inside sales.
• High energy levels and a strong ambition to achieve excellent results, demonstrating a charismatic and positive “can-do” attitude both over the phone and in person.
• Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in the Google suite of tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year for company events.
