This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Conducting research on potential clients.
• Initiating communication via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Engaging in conversations to assess interest levels.
• Scheduling meetings for the sales department.
• Maintaining an organized pipeline using a CRM (such as HubSpot or equivalent).
• Continuously enhancing the outreach strategy.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and consistency in follow-ups.
• Capable of working autonomously without the need for constant oversight.
• Commission-only structure for the initial 3 months or until 3 deals are successfully closed (above a minimum contract value).
• Clear progression towards a more stable, long-term arrangement based on performance.
