This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee both warm and cold lead follow-up utilizing calls, emails, texts, and CRM workflows.
• Evaluate leads and assist in appointment scheduling as well as managing the sales pipeline.
• Keep precise CRM records and ensure that all lead activities are updated regularly.
• Aid in the generation of seller and buyer leads through various campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Organize follow-up sequences and sales communication efforts.
• Provide assistance with marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, social media support, and lead monitoring.
• Interact professionally with real estate prospects and clients based in the U.S.
• Offer support for operational and administrative sales tasks as necessary.
• Prior experience in the U.S. real estate sector is mandatory.
• Proven sales abilities with a strong comfort level when engaging with U.S. B2C clients.
• Background in sales development, appointment scheduling, or lead management is essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills with clear communication and minimal accent.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-through capabilities.
• Proficient in managing large numbers of leads and follow-up actions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary sales tools is required.
• Quick to learn and adaptable to new systems, tools, and processes.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
