This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to and qualify both cold and warm leads through phone communications.
• Develop and strategically prioritize lists of target accounts.
• Engage in high-level discussions with contacts from targeted accounts.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing events and website inquiries.
• Serve as the subject matter expert across a diverse range of services, assuring prospects that our company stands out in the industry.
• Effectively use various sales enablement tools concurrently.
• Log all activities within a CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to create lead generation programs.
• Report key performance indicators to leadership, including metrics such as calls made, conversations held, and meetings scheduled.
• 2-3 years of previous sales experience in the real estate sector.
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Close.com.
• A bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection for video conferencing and a functional computer.
• Availability to work within US time zones.
• Proficient in English, encompassing a broad understanding of various idioms (assessed through written, phone, and video evaluations).
• Must be able to provide and schedule calls with at least 3 references (corporate phone lines only).
• Attractive compensation ranging from ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month, based on experience level.
