This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and cultivate outbound leads
• Assess customer needs, suitability, and readiness
• Keep precise lead status and notes updated in CRM
• Focus on high-quality opportunities
• Engage in outreach through email, LinkedIn, and various channels
• Consistently follow up with warm leads
• Reconnect with inactive prospects
• Maintain a steady volume of outreach
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team
• Ensure a seamless transition to closers
• Provide context and notes for every meeting
• Monitor conversion rates from lead to meeting
• Keep CRM data clean and organized
• Track outreach and engagement metrics
• Assist with pipeline reporting and updates
• Ensure consistent follow-up processes
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
• Ability to manage outreach volume effectively
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Asana, etc.)
• Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Nice-to-Haves
• B2B experience in selling marketing or digital services
• Experience in the Attorney, Pool Builder, Home Service, or related industries
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools
• Experience in LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines
