This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Lead Qualification: Generate and cultivate outbound leads, assess customer needs, suitability, and readiness, Maintain precise lead status and notes in the CRM, Focus on high-quality opportunities.
• Outbound & Follow-Up: Perform outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms, Consistently follow up with warm leads, Reconnect with inactive prospects, Maintain a steady outreach volume.
• Meeting Booking: Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team, Ensure a seamless transition to closers, Provide context and notes for each meeting, Monitor conversion rates from lead to meeting.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep CRM data organized and up-to-date, Track outreach and engagement metrics, Assist with pipeline reporting and updates, Ensure consistent follow-up processes.
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
• Capacity to manage outreach volume consistently
• Acquaintance with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• B2B experience in marketing or digital services (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience in industries such as Attorney, Pool Builder, Home Services, or similar (Nice-to-Haves)
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience in LinkedIn prospecting (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams (Nice-to-Haves)
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines (Nice-to-Haves)
