This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to start conversations.
• Arrange meetings and appointments for our clients.
• Add value for our clients by delivering quality SQL.
• Keep precise and current records of all outreach efforts and interactions with prospects in the CRM.
• Work closely with teams to facilitate a seamless transition of qualified meetings and to enhance outreach strategies continuously.
• Proficiency in English and native-level Polish is essential.
• Proven successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside sales with a strong history in cold outreach and follow-up via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Background or experience in an agency setting.
• A self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for success.
• Experience in the IT/technology sector is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where we provide exceptional services to clients every day.
