Sales Development Representative, PKIaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engaging in prospecting and initiating cold calls to potential new business organizations

• Creating a sales pipeline by scheduling appointments with prospective customers

• Evaluating prospects through comprehensive data collection

• Assisting Regional Sales Managers in pipeline development and organizing client meetings

• Effectively conveying information to prospective customers through both verbal and written communication

• Leading demand generation activities to cultivate a strong sales pipeline

• Recognizing and qualifying new business opportunities

• Surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals

• Crafting and implementing outreach strategies to connect with potential customers

• Collaborating with the RSM team to formulate and execute a detailed regional business plan

• Keeping an up-to-date and precise forecast in the CRM (Salesforce.com)

• Partnering closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Maintaining effective communication and detailed follow-ups with Regional Sales Managers

• Skillfully utilizing all available tools, including Salesforce.com, Auto Dialer, Cadences, ZOOM info, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others

• Focusing on key prospect lists to build relationships, schedule appointments, and create opportunities

• Conducting weekly progress reviews with the Director on individual achievements and meetings arranged

• Meeting specific targets for number of contacts and appointments set each week


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education along with relevant industry experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the technology or enterprise software sector

• Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce.com

• Possessing a hunter mentality with proven success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, particularly in field sales presentations and software demonstrations

• Self-driven with excellent organizational capabilities.
