This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and thorough research.
• Create and manage automated cold outreach campaigns utilizing email and LinkedIn platforms.
• Implement targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach efforts and nurture prospects.
• Arrange and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to enhance conversion opportunities.
• Ensure accurate updates in the CRM and monitor outreach performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Investigate and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, databases, social media, and online research.
• Formulate and execute outbound prospecting strategies involving email, cold calls, and social outreach.
• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
• Keep CRM systems updated with precise lead information.
• Organize meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to synchronize messaging and targeting strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and overall performance.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies to boost conversion rates.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or SDR roles.
• Proficient experience in cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Background in conducting outbound automation campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
• Experience adhering to structured SOPs and sales playbooks.
• Proven record in handling outbound prospecting in high-volume Total Addressable Market (TAM) environments.
• Business-fluent English skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Experience sourcing leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or comparable tools.
• Background in KPI-driven sales environments with a focus on activity metrics.
• Ability to adapt outbound messaging and positioning based on feedback.
• Previous experience in construction, insurance, consulting, or B2B services outreach is preferred.
