β€’ Conduct outbound prospecting to uncover new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

β€’ Interact with decision-makers, including procurement teams, medical directors, and commercial leaders.

β€’ Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives.

β€’ Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales executives.

β€’ Research target accounts within pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.

β€’ Maintain precise CRM records and oversee pipeline activities.

β€’ Customize outreach messaging to ensure alignment with industry compliance and regulatory requirements.

β€’ Consistently achieve KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings scheduled.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and targeting approaches.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position.

β€’ Essential: Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

β€’ Strong comprehension of B2B sales cycles in regulated environments.

β€’ Experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn connections.

β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.

β€’ Keen attention to detail and capability to operate within compliance-sensitive settings.

β€’ Highly driven by targets with a proven history of meeting or surpassing KPIs.

β€’ Preferred Experience:

β€’ Experience in selling SaaS solutions to healthcare or pharmaceutical companies.

β€’ Knowledge of medical devices, clinical services, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
