• Develop and implement an outbound sales strategy aimed at engaging decision makers in cannabis dispensaries.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales closing team on a daily basis.
• Provide education to potential clients regarding payment processing solutions, including the acceptance of debit and credit cards.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Oversee the entire outreach cycle, from lead generation to appointment transfer.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a robust background in cold calling.
• Capacity to quickly establish rapport with prospects over the phone.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and advancing leads through the sales pipeline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern (preferred).
• Experience in payment processing or within the cannabis sector is a plus.
