This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email initiatives, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS communications.
• Research and pinpoint ecommerce brands that align with the ideal customer profile.
• Create new opportunities via strategic outbound activities.
• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
• Assess prospects according to predefined criteria such as revenue, advertising expenditure, growth phase, and business requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives by adhering to established procedures.
• Address initial objections and maintain prospect engagement throughout the appointment-setting process.
• Keep precise CRM records, notes, and activity tracking.
• Regularly achieve weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide frequent updates on activities, pipeline advancement, and significant prospect insights.
• Work closely with the sales team to enhance messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in engaging with founders, operators, and business owners.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
• Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and determination when faced with objections and rejection.
• Capacity to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences at the same time.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Amazon, or agency settings is an advantage.
