Sales Development Representative – Outbound Sales, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospects, spark interest, and identify opportunities.

• Exhibit a true hunter mentality by proactively pursuing new opportunities, confidently requesting meetings, remaining persistent, and leveraging strong persuasive abilities to turn objections into opportunities.

• Qualify leads by conducting consultative discussions, grasping their needs, and aligning ProviderSoft's solutions accordingly.

• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Sales Representatives, ensuring a seamless and effective transition.

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of prospects through strategic research, targeted outreach, and efficient database management.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement and enhance campaigns designed to generate new leads and nurture existing ones.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or customer service that includes outbound calling.

• Comfortable making over 60 calls daily while maintaining energy and professionalism.

• Strong written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and personalized outreach messages.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a significant volume of activities.

• Proficient with CRM systems and standard productivity software.

• A genuine interest in the healthcare and human services sector.

• Familiarity with Early Intervention, Special Education, and ABA.
