This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers within target accounts in the US market.
• Create and manage prospect lists utilizing Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various prospecting tools.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Implement multi-touch outbound sequences and follow-up campaigns.
• Keep precise prospect and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Consistently meet and surpass outbound activity and meeting-booking goals.
• A minimum of 2 years of SDR experience with a focus on outbound sales and prospecting.
• Demonstrated success in selling to the US market.
• Previous experience in SaaS, PaaS, Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, or Technology Services sectors.
• Strong cold-calling skills with confidence in engaging US-based prospects.
• Practical experience with Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales engagement tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven history of generating qualified meetings through outbound initiatives.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
