Sales Development Representative – Outbound, Hunting Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and proactively engage with medical practices and outpatient care facilities.

• Conduct active outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Qualify leads and evaluate customer requirements.

• Establish trust and initiate relationships with decision-makers.

• Organize and schedule high-quality initial meetings.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to advance opportunities.

• Maintain and organize the pipeline within the CRM system (Zoho).

• Continuously enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and target segmentation.

• Play an active role in developing a scalable outbound strategy.

• You don’t just generate contacts—you cultivate genuine sales opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong motivation for outbound efforts and direct customer engagement.

• High energy, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to generate interest swiftly.

• Structured and independent work approach.

• Interest in healthcare and digital solutions.

• Proficient in German; English skills are an advantage.

• Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS or software sales.

• Familiarity with the outpatient healthcare market.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
