This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting outbound outreach to specified target accounts using LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Identifying key contacts such as CIOs, CDOs, and Heads of Digital.
• Engaging in discovery conversations to uncover client needs.
• Evaluating and qualifying potential opportunities.
• Managing documentation and pipeline activities within the CRM (HubSpot).
• Enhancing outreach strategies, messaging, and playbooks informed by actual conversations.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales development.
• Background in outbound outreach initiatives.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations with confidence.
• Organized work style with experience in using CRM systems.
• Genuine interest in digital topics such as platforms, commerce, and self-service.
