Sales Development Representative – Outbound, Delegate Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers.

• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Ensure delegate participation in executive-level events.

• Develop and sustain strong engagement with prospects through professional communication.

• Oversee and update prospect activities within the CRM system.

• Maintain a consistent level of outbound call activity and performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance pipeline growth and meet event attendance targets.

• Provide professional communication that meets international business standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or as an SDR.

• A strong background in phone-based sales is essential.

• Excellent spoken English with a professional and neutral accent is required.

• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.

• High resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and financially driven mindset.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• A reliable work-from-home setup, including stable internet and a quiet working environment.

• Preference for candidates based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.

• **Preferred Experience**

• Experience in B2B events, delegate acquisition, or appointment-setting.

• Familiarity with the UK or international sales markets.

• Exposure to high-volume outbound sales environments.

• Advantageous to have experience with Aircall, Zoho CRM, or outbound dialer systems.
